Get Verified To Cashout With SpinBit

Mandatory Steps to Get Verified

Proof of Identification

Keen to cash out? First things first, you’ve gotta show who you are. Chuck in a valid ID – and remember, no photocopies, scans, or screenshots. We need to see the real deal, with all four corners visible.

  • Passport
  • Drivers License (A heads up for the Kiwis – we need a squiz at both the front and the back of your driver’s license, ’cause the expiry’s on the back.)
  • Official Government issued ID cards

Proof of Address

Next up, we need to know where you’re posting from. So, sling over a document proving your address. It’s gotta be the original, issued in the last 180 days. Make sure we can see the whole thing, top to bottom.

  • Bank statement
  • Utility Bill
  • Phone Bill
  • Credit Card Statement
  • Insurance Policy
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Tax Declaration

Proof of Payment

Alright, now for the proof of payment. Just like before, no photocopies, scans, or screenshots, eh?

If you’ve been using your credit card, we need to see all the cards you’ve used in the last 6 months. Make sure we can see the whole card, your full name, the expiry date, and those first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number.

Now, for the Kiwis with ANZ and Kiwi Bank cards – sometimes they don’t have your full name on ’em. If that’s you, here’s what you can do:

  • For ANZ customers: Upload a PDF bank statement with your name and the partial card number in the transaction history.
  • For Kiwi Bank customers: Best to have a yarn with your bank and get a Proof of Ownership letter, listing you as the owner of the card ending in XXXX.

Stuck on something? No worries! Feel free to yarn with the SpinBit Live Support team if you’ve got any questions or queries!
